Seef Studio is an AI-native product studio that builds software for companies from pre-seed to Series C. Right has a definition here. It is whether the structure underneath holds when the product turns into something nobody described at the start. Most of what gets torn out later looked fine the day it shipped. Every engagement is scoped from scratch and priced on its own, and scope settles before work begins. You deal with one person the whole way through. Discretion is the default: the client list stays private, and nothing built here shows up as a case study.

What should we build first?
Order the work by what is expensive to reverse. A data model costs an afternoon in week two and a rewrite in month nine. The features on top of it move whenever you want. The structure underneath moves once.
What are we assuming that nobody has tested?
Every roadmap rests on a belief about the user that nobody has checked. Usually it is why they would switch, or what they would pay for. The belief survives because it stays in one person’s head. Write it in one sentence at the top of the spec before the next review.
What does the cheaper team actually cost?
The saving comes back as rework. Junior hours bill at a lower rate and get spent on decisions that are made twice. The expensive part is rarely the typing. It is the month spent undoing a structure that was wrong at the first commit.
